2. What happens if I am not at home?  If no one at home is at home, the driver will arrange the delivery the next day. If you would like the driver to leave the parcel at the door or management office, please feel free to tell us during the order.

3. When will the driver contact me for the delivery? No guaranteed or specified delivery time arrangement. Actual delivery time subject to the traffic condition and routing. Please pay attention to the phone call as the driver will contact you before the delivery.
