Vichy Catalán is Spain's most iconic sparkling mineral water — discovered in 1881 at a natural thermal spring in Caldes de Malavella, Girona, in the heart of Catalonia. It has been bottled at source ever since, emerging naturally at 60°C and rich in minerals that give it a character unlike any other water on the market.
