Catena Zapata Birth of Cabernet 2021

The Catena Zapata Birth of Cabernet is a blend of 90% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Cabernet Franc, from Mendoza, Argentina. It's a full-bodied red wine with aromas of dark berries, tobacco, and spices, and a structured palate with a long finish. Harvested by hand wth a total maceration of around 18-22 days, and aged in French oak barrels for 18-24 months.

This wine is a tribute to the history of Cabernet Sauvignon in Mendoza, made from old vines in the Agrelo and Uco Valley regions.
