Originally from Andalusia, Spain, this variety grows in ideal conditions in our orchards. It produces very fruity oils marked by notes of fresh herbs. An intense and complex oil, it presents herbaceous notes of tomato, apple, fig tree, among others, depending on its maturation. It is stable and has medium to high intensities of spice and bitterness, with diverse profiles

AROMA

Depending on the time of harvest, notes of herbs, tomato leaves, and apples stand out. In earlier harvests, it has notes of fig tree and in later harvests, rue leaves.

TASTE

Usually, fruitiness is intense with medium bitterness and spice.
