Crispy skin, tender meat, and none of the stress. This Spanish suckling pig has been carefully prepared so you can achieve restaurant‑quality results in a standard home oven. It comes prepped, lightly marinated, and ready to roast, with no artificial additives or shortcuts — just honest, traditional preparation done properly.

The baking bag will inflate during roasting, so adequate oven space is essential. 

  • Product dimensions (with container): approx. 22 cm depth × 32 cm width × 7 cm height
  • Recommended oven clearance: min. 30 cm depth x 40 cm width x 15 cm vertical space between the bottom rack and the top heating element

    What You’ll Receive
    - Frozen Spanish suckling pig, ready to roast
    - Weight: 1.1–1.5 kg (approx.)

    - Packed in a heat‑safe baking bag and container

    Please measure your oven before ordering to ensure safe cooking

    1) Defrost the product from frozen to chill 24 hours before cooking.
    2) Preheat the oven to 190°C. (Top & Bottom, turn on fan function if appear.)
    3) Remove the carton box, and take the fruit garnish back to the chill freezer.
    4) Do not remove the suckling pig from its baking bag. Spread out the bag properly and place it back on the tray with the skin facing upwards.
    5) Place the suckling pig on the bottom rack in oven, bake at 190°C for 2.5 hours. (Do not open the oven frequently during roasting.)
    6) Take the suckling pig out of the oven. Open the bag using scissors, place the suckling pig on a plate and let it rest for 2-3 minutes. Cut and plate the servings. (Suckling Pig will become juicier after rested.)
    7) Add the fruit garnish on the side of each serving. (never on the crispy skin.)
