Slice and serve alongside a cheese board, tear into chunks for dipping, or fill with our Argentine chorizo for a proper choripán. Goes straight from freezer to oven or grill, or thaw at room temperature for an hour if you prefer.

How to cook / tips
Cooking / Serving tips:
- Bake straight from frozen at 200°C for 12–15 minutes until crust is golden and crisp
- To thaw: leave at room temperature for 45–60 minutes before baking or grilling
- For a softer crust, wrap in foil for the first 10 minutes then uncover to finish
- Slice and fill with our Argentine chorizo for a classic choripán
- Great on the grill — slice open, grill cut-side down, fill and serve
- Pairs well with chimichurri, butter, olive oil or cheese
