Frozen Tenderloin Fillet, Grass-Fed Angus (2x165g)
Our Argentinian tenderloin steaks are cut from premium, grass-fed beef that has been grain-finished for 120 days. This gives the meat its exceptionally fine texture and a gentle, clean flavour with a subtle richness.
Each pack contains two steaks, estimate 180g each, frozen and wet aged at peak freshness to lock in their natural quality. Because the meat is naturally lean and delicate, it doesn't require heavy seasoning—just a quick sear to enjoy its honest, grounded flavour.
These aren't thick-cut fillet mignons. They're wider and thinner — which means more surface area for a golden sear, faster cooking, and a beautiful crust in every bite. Elegant and foolproof, even on a weeknight.
