On 9 and 10 July, we are collaborating with The Ritz-Carlton to bring an authentic taste of Argentina to Level 102. For two nights only, The Lounge & Bar is playing host to a premium tasting dinner crafted by renowned Guest Chef Roberto Petersen.
To bring this extraordinary dining experience to life, Chef Roberto has designed a refined 4-course menu that celebrates classic Argentine flavours with contemporary elegance. Expect authentic hand-cut beef empanadas, golden sweetbreads, a perfectly roasted ribeye paired with vibrant green chimichurri, and a signature Dulce de Leche pudding to finish.
Because great Argentine food demands equally exceptional wine, the dinner includes an optional 2-hour free flow of premium pours from Mendoza's prestigious Rutini Winery—one of Argentina’s most storied producers, which we are incredibly proud to import to Hong Kong.

A celebrated culinary figure in Argentina, Chef Roberto is widely recognized for his acclaimed restaurant Los Petersen Cocineros and his popular television series Los Auténticos Petersen. His cooking is a reflection of Argentina’s true spirit: character, heritage, and a deep respect for exceptional ingredients.
