A one‑night pop‑up dinner bringing the flavours of coastal Brazil to Hong Kong. Visiting chefs Narbal Correa and Pedro Soares, from Santa Catarina, present a six‑course tasting menu blending Brazilian coastal cuisine, Argentinian grilling traditions, Asian inspiration, and premium ingredients sourced in collaboration with GSI Argentina Premium.

The Menu
Guests will enjoy a six‑course tasting menu featuring Brazilian, Argentinian and Asian classics - reimagined.
From oyster, mushroom and tofu empanadas and ricotta and spinach jiaozi, to fish chupín with farofa and perfectly grilled picanha and shrimps.
Each course is paired with a Rutini wine selected to complement the flavours and textures of the chefs’ creations.
