A flavourful, well-marbled and budget‑friendly cut from the cow's shoulder, our chilled chuck comes from grass‑fed, 120‑day grain‑finished Argentinian Angus, raised naturally in the Pampas with no hormones and no antibiotics — just open pastures, clean diets, and beef with real character.
Chuck is known for its rich beef flavour and natural marbling. This is a whole piece of chilled chuck roll, which gives you plenty of options: cut it into roasts or thick steaks, cube it for slow‑cooked dishes, or use it for premium homemade mince. It’s also excellent left whole for braises, ragù, shredded beef, or curries — the connective tissue melts beautifully with long, gentle cooking.
