A flavourful, well-marbled and budget‑friendly cut from the cow's shoulder, our frozen chuck comes from grass‑fed, 120‑day grain‑finished Argentinian Angus, raised naturally in the Pampas with no hormones and no antibiotics — just open pastures, clean diets, and beef with real character.
Chuck is known for its rich beef flavour and natural marbling, making it ideal for slow-cooked dishes such as stews, raggu, shredded beef for tacos or curries. Slow cooking allows the connective tissue to melt, giving you tender, deeply flavourful meat.
