Classic Spanish cod croquetas — crispy on the outside, creamy and indulgent on the inside. Made by Croquetas Ricas following traditional recipes, each croqueta is filled with a rich béchamel made with whole cow's milk and butter, layered with flaked cod and a touch of garlic. No artificial flavourings, no shortcuts. At 25g each, they're a generous, satisfying size — proper croquetas, not the small canapé kind.
Cooked and frozen ready to fry straight from the freezer — no defrosting needed. Perfect for easy hosting, a relaxed weekend snack, or a Spanish-style starter. Keep a bag in the freezer and you're always ready for guests.

- Ingredients: Cod, butter, wheat flour, whole cow's milk, olive oil, batter dough, garlic, and salt.
- Allergens and food intolerances: Cereals with gluten, lactose, cod, garlic. May contain traces of fish, crustaceans, shellfish, celery, soya and mustard. NOT suitable for celiacs.
- Frozen for convenience
- 25g per piece, 1kg bag (~40 pieces per bag)
- Pre-heat oil and deep-fry or shallow-fry until golden brown.
- From frozen: Fry in abundant hot oil (180–190°C) for 2–3 minutes until golden, then drain on paper towel.
- If defrosted for 30 minutes: Fry for 1 minute at 180–190°C until golden, then drain on paper towel.
