How to cook / tips
Cooking Tips
- Best cooked from frozen at high heat for a short time to produce optimum results.
- Steaming: Toss half-shell mussels into boiling liquids like coconut milk, ginger, lemongrass, and green curry paste for 5–8 minutes.
- Grilling: Brush with olive oil and place directly on a hot grill grate at 190°C (375°F) for 8–12 minutes until heated through.
Handling Tips:
- Keep frozen.
- Defrost in refrigerator before cooking.
- Under Cold Water. Keep the mussels sealed tightly inside their plastic packaging.
