Baked rather than fried, they’re easy to serve at gatherings and pair beautifully with a fresh chimichurri or a simple green salad.

- Filling: Spinach, milk, water, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, red bell pepper, salt, flour, white onion, beef fat, garlic cloves, bay leave.

- Oven baked: Preheat the oven to 220ºC. Place the empanada on a baking tray. Ready to eat in 5-8 min.
- Air fryer: Set temperature to 220ºC. Ready to eat in 10-12 min.
- Deep fried: Heat oil to 180ºC. Deep fry for 3 minutes, remove and rest for 1.5 min. Deep fry a second time for 1 min.
Handling Tips:
- Keep frozen until ready to bake.

- Great with chimichurri.
