José Zuccardi Malbec is one of the winery’s signature wines, blending mostly Malbec with a small touch of Cabernet Sauvignon. It comes from high‑altitude mountain vineyards in the Uco Valley, grown on stony, calcium‑rich soils that naturally give the wine depth and structure. It’s a rich, smooth Malbec with flavours of dark berries, plum, and subtle herbal notes. The wine is fermented in concrete tanks and aged in large foudres, a combination that keeps the fruit fresh while adding gentle roundness.
Zuccardi’s reputation is built on expressing each vineyard’s identity, and their Valle de Uco estate was named the World’s Best Vineyard for three consecutive years — a testament to their quality and craft. This Malbec is a natural match for steak, roast lamb, BBQ dishes, and mature cheeses.
