La Sarita's version is inspired by the culinary tradition of Arequipa, Peru's city most famous for its rocoto-based cuisine. Made with rocoto, toasted maíz chulpi (Andean cancha corn) and fresh spearmint (hierbabuena), it delivers a bold heat with a fresh herbal finish and a satisfying crunch. No preservatives, no artificial colourants.
